AskA Cleaning professionals have over 5 years of relevant experience and have been dedicated to delivering quality cleaning services throughout London and nearby areas. We specialize in commercial cleaning services and as of today, have serviced over 20 corporate organizations, restaurants, gyms and residential buildings
We are growing and are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative and Administrator to our Team. For this role we will provide all the training and support you’ll need to succeed, including time and space to get to know the industry and products, We are looking for someone with the drive and perseverance to assist in taking our business to the next level while at the same time growing their own individual careers.
Experience:
- inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Janitorial Experience preferred
Language:
- Must be able to speak English clearly and distinctly
Work Location:
- The role is commission-based
Job Description
- Making cold calls to prospective customers
- Take lead on all the incoming sales phone calls
- Research accounts, collect data, identify key players, and generate interest
- Following sales leads and scheduling with prospective customers
- Maintain and expand our database of new prospects
- Cultivating and managing customer relationships
- Utilizing our sales reports and other relevant data to recognize sales opportunities in customer buying patterns
- Following up with various customers and providing them solutions, should ever a service concern arise
- Managing a well thought “pipeline” process at different levels of targeted contacts
- Develop SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) related to the role
- Assistance in creating and designing a client database
- Providing input into the development of creative materials such as scripts, letters, etc.
- Energetic, motivated, results-driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish strong rapport and credibility with new and existing clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Preparing, managing, and maintaining Sales Quotes (as per the Sales Manager), and Sales Contracts
- Responsible for ad hoc administration requirements such as
- Keeping Employee Orientation Information up to date
- Preparing and Filing New Employee On-Boarding documentation
- Liaising with Parent Company Head Office * Review customer service processes and suggest new improvements
- Coordinate meetings and quality assurance checks as required
- General reporting as required
Key Competencies:
- Previous sales experience considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the janitorial industry is a definite plus
- Very good ability to prioritize
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal & written
